Surprise First: Bluewolf OpenSupport

I was surprised when I read this mostly because I figured someone would have done this already!

Bluewolf is offering businesses looking to acquire or maintain their SaaS elements even more flexibility via their OpenSupport program. OpenSupport is paid access to Salesforce professionals working at Bluewolf for everything from configuration, setup, admin for their Salesforce account to working on their Apex/Visualforce needs.

My favourite part of this is that a company is buying bundles of hours in support. You need four hours a month with your small business? A hundred for your midsize? The option is yours.
