Ribbit innovates, Salesforce wins
May 2, 2008
A flash of brilliance has combined Ribbit’s newly released Amphibian voiceware, with Salesforces to allow SF users to update client information and weld voice and data messages into their work flow.
More good ideas out of Ribbit have been combining their software with big names like Skype, MSN, and Google Talk to allow members on their system to host conference calls with users on a variety of platforms, breaking yet another communication boundary.
Cross platform communication is an under developed field, and essential to dissolving the barriers for ultimate software as a service architecture.
Here’s a bit from eWeek that put me on to it, a bit more on Ribbit at Crunchbase, and their corporate site if you’re extra curious.
