Learn Usability From the Masters: the Salesforce.com site critiqued

Velocity Partners posted an article this weekend on web usability that uses the main Salesforce.com site as one of its case studies. The article is quite lengthy so you’ll have to scroll down a ways to read their impression and notes on the site. Apparently they like what’s going with SFDC CRM and note some tips you can take and use in your own site designs.
